Few days after that, the controversial bully Robert Carabuena, who became a Youtube sensation in his own right after assaulting an MMDA officer named Sonny, read a letter of apology at the MMDA office in front of the MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino himself. The prey (Mr. Sonny) was not present then and the referee (MMDA Chairman) said the apology of the predator (Carabuena) was accepted but he still has to face some legal actions.

Even before the campaign period for the 2013 midterm election, several politicians, novice and reelectionists alike, are already releasing their campaigns in a subtle way. In general, there are three subtle ways on how these politicians prematurely sell their names for the upcoming election. These are philanthropic acts, sponsorship of contests, and unnecessary involvement in controversies.
It does not take a rocket scientist to realize that if a suspect evades the accusations against him or her, it is an indication of guilt. This indication of guilt becomes stronger when the person diverges the issue by attacking the accuser of his or her own crimes that are not connected to the issue. Chances are, the accuser is afraid of having his own skeletons in his closets exposed so he will back out and retract the accusations. This is the tergiversation technique.
We all lie. Who doesn't? But we all have different levels of lying skills. Cliché tells us that a person is lying is he or she cannot look you in the eye. Well, not always.
